Mango Mustard (Cooking Light)

1 cup peeled, chopped ripe mango
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process on high speed until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve as a sandwich spread or with grilled chicken or pork. Yield: ¾ cup.
