1 refrigerated pizza dough (13.5 oz.)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Using your fingertips or the heel of your hand, spread the dough to cover the bottom of a 12 inch pizza pan, creating a rim at the edges. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and garlic: mix well and brush over the crush. Top with the cheese and tomato slices. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crisp and brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the basil. Slice and serve immediately.
Serves 8.
