1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 Gala apple
2 kiwi
3 cups cool whip
12 small raspberries or strawberry halves
12 mint leaves
In a large bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, oats and sugar; mix well. Cut strawberries into small pieces and add to bowl. Peel and core apple; cut into small pieces and add to bowl. Peel kiwi and cut into small pieces; add to bowl. Layer fruit, oatmeal, and cool whip in champagne flutes or goblets. Repeat layers, ending with cool whip. Garnish with fruit & mint.
