1 medium potato, peeled and cut into chunks
3 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 small onion quartered
Nonfat cooking spray
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup skim milk
1 pkg. (1oz.) ranch dressing mix.
Cook potato, carrots and onion in small amount of water in microwave until tender. Set aside. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Brown ground turkey breast. Add sour cream, milk and ranch dressing mix. Stir and simmer 1-2 minutes. Add cooked vegetables and stir; simmer 1-2 minutes more.
