3 Tablespoons unsweetened orange juice 
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
1 teaspoon vegetable oil 
1 ½ cups torn leaf lettuce 
2 cups torn Bibb lettuce 
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries 
2 Tablespoons thinly sliced green onions 
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted 
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Combine lettuces, strawberries, green onions and sesame seeds in a large bowl; toss well. Pour orange juice mixture over lettuce mixture and toss gently. Serve immediately.
