Lemon-Garlic Chicken (Low-Carb Recipes)

2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)

Combine oil, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt and pepper in small bowl. Brush oil mixture over both sides of chicken to coat. Lightly oil grill to prevent sticking. Grill chicken over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning once.
